Runnymede-Bloor West Village
It scores well in virtually every avenue. It’s safe and accessible (Jane & Runnymede stations are nearby). Charming old homes are relatively affordable. You could still get one for less than 1 million. Quaint shops with a warm family vibe. The city’s most glamorous Shoppers Drug Mart is in an old Art Deco movie theatre on Bloor Street. A short walk to a number of highly ranked schools, one of them being Runnymede Junior & Senior Public School, has Top notch EQAO scores.
North Riverdale
Lush Neighbourhood, with many parks that offer soccer fields, tobogganing hills, baseball diamonds & tennis courts. Riverdale Park has a brand new Ice rink and skating trail. A popular neighborhood for those with young children and convenient for those working downtown with Bloor-Danforth subway line & Don Valley Parkway just minutes away. Great schools both public and private, Withrow Public & Montcrest Private School. An eclectic mix of restaurants, shops, cafes, and design stores.
Mount Pleasant East
This sough after walkable neighborhood in midtown Toronto draws in affluent young parents. Strong public schools like Maurice Cody, Sunnybrook & low crime rate is a big plus for the Community. A Posh neighborhood, where shopkeepers embrace the locals, many cafes & restaurants along Mount Pleasant Road. Great public transit and main street connections. In 2021 when the LRT is completed it will become one of Mount Pleasant East biggest draws.
Danforth
Vibrant streets, delicious food, and a tight-knit population are what makes this commercial-residential neighborhood sing with multicultural flavor. Locals come from all income levels and live in a mix of 2nd-floor apartments and modest homes that are still affordable for the average Torontonian. The convenience of the Bloor-Danforth subway line makes this neighborhood an excellent choice for first-time buyers. Danforth village has become a Hot Spot for young professionals and noted artists.
Lawrence Park North
One of Toronto’s most exclusive residential neighborhood. The area is populated by affluent families seeking safe streets and Top private and public schools. It is located in a very peaceful and tranquil setting, rolling hills and winding roads keep the traffic on the residential streets to a minimum. Child safe Wanless Park, surrounded by single-family homes, lit tennis courts, & summer wading pool. Nearby Sherwood Park has one of the City’s lushest off-leash dog areas. Essentially a suburb, residents can find shops along Yonge St. or Bayview Ave as well as the Yonge subway and Lawrence station.
